  1. Keep up the good work. Righthaven is about as despicable as it gets and needs to watched and challenged.

  2. Righthaven is suing Matt Drudge for infringement of a copyright they say they own from a Denver Post photo. However, the Photo on Denver Posts website lists the owners as the Denver Post with no mention of Righthaven. The plaintiff in the complaint against Matt Drudge is Righthaven LLC, not The Denver Post. If the Denver Post owns the copyright as they claim on their site then Righthaven lacks standing to be the plaintiff in the case or the Denver Post is misrepresenting who owns the copyright on their own site.
